Recently, about 35 Haworth members rolled up their sleeves to help clean up litter at the Black Lake Boardwalk – East Park.

Volunteers from our Laminated Products Plant, the Distribution Center, GIS, Engineering, and other teams came together to care for this local space.

Thank you to everyone who gave their time and helped out. It’s great to see our members working together and making a difference close to home. And, thank you to Ottawa County Parks and Recreation for helping coordinate the effort!

🎪 Our Bruce team knows how to celebrate!

More than 300 members and their guests came together for a circus-themed Member Appreciation Day filled with good food, games and plenty of fun. From bingo and co****le to Family Feud, a cake walk and bounce castles, there was something for everyone.

A great day spent celebrating the people who make our Bruce plant such a special part of Haworth. Thanks to everyone who joined in the fun and helped make the day happen!

We had a great time at Treats & Trails over the weekend! The costumes were incredible, and it was wonderful to see so many families enjoying the day. Thank you to the ODC Network's Outdoor Discovery Center for hosting such a great event. We were excited to be there again this year!

Every great game needs people who are ready to take on the next challenge. Fortunately, our Customer Experience and Resolutions teams are full of them.

Last week, the teams celebrated Customer Service Week with a Level Up theme, recognizing the important role they play in supporting our dealers and customers every day. Team members recharged with a Power Up sound bath experience over lunch, tested their skills in a game show challenge, and enjoyed other activities throughout the week.

The week wrapped up with Franco presenting the Customer Service Person of the Year award to Earl and the Resolutions Person of the Year award to Victoria. Congratulations, to both winners thank you to our entire Customer Experience and Resolutions teams for the care, knowledge, and problem-solving you bring to our dealers and customers every day.

Summer may be winding down, but we're still celebrating the impact our Ludington members made in the community.

Over the past few months, volunteers helped clean up the Lake Michigan shoreline, supported Mason County students through the Back-to-School Backpack Bonanza, and participated in a local Adopt-A-Highway cleanup. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped make the Ludington community a better place to live and work.
