Investing in future leaders starts from within.

We’re proud to share this year’s Aspiring Leader Program (ALP) cohort—a group of 40 Haworth members representing eight countries around the world. ALP is a year-long development experience designed to build the skills needed to lead others, combining self-reflection, group learning, and real-time feedback.

The group recently came together at our Holland headquarters for a week-long kickoff, connecting in person and laying the foundation for the year ahead. We’re excited to see how these members grow and shape the future of leadership at Haworth.

A few hours can make a real difference. 🔨

Earlier this week about 80 members on our Holland campus came together to build beds for Sleep in Heavenly Peace . In just 3½ hours, they built 70 beds for kids in our community. 🛏️

Bringing the build onsite made it easy for members to step away from their day, work side by side, and be part of something that matters. Thank you Sleep in Heavenly Peace - MI, Holland for the partnership and to our team for making the time count.

🌱 Turns out teamwork grows really well in a garden.

Recently, our HOME Member Resource Group and Haworth Helps teamed up at the U Dig It Community Garden - Mason County. Seven manufacturing members volunteered to help kick off the growing season—and had a great time doing it.

Our Ludington plant is sponsoring two garden boxes this year and 100% of the produce will be donated to the Lakeshore Food Club. Squash, green beans, and radishes are officially in the ground, and we’re looking forward to more garden time throughout the summer. We can’t wait to see the results and help provide for our community.

This recognition reflects continued, intentional efforts to support members who are veterans and help ensure they can contribute, grow, and thrive at Haworth. We’re proud of this progress and grateful for the experience and leadership veteran members bring to our work.

New faces and a summer of learning and growth! We’re proud to welcome 57 interns to Haworth this year, representing 27 colleges and universities from across the country.

Over the summer, they’ll take part in hands-on work, build professional skills, and connect with members across our business—gaining a well-rounded experience designed to support their growth and get a closer look at what it's like to be part of Haworth.

Out of the building and into the fresh air! Last week, members in Holland took part in a 5K Fun Run that looped around our campus. After crossing the finish line, participants stuck around to receive a special event t-shirt, cool down with some healthy refreshments, and connect with a few of our health and wellness partners, who brought along giveaways. Thank you to everyone who came out to run, walk, cheer, and help. We're already looking forward to next year!

Thanks to a collaboration with HOME, FUEL, and our Member Garden crew, our Haworth Member Garden is officially ready for spring! During the recent Garden Party, members came together to clean up garden beds, harvest tulips for the Tulip Time Parade, and even paint a few rocks along the way — adding a little creativity to the space.

Established in 2010, the Haworth Member Garden is completely member‑led. Each year, members spend time planting, weeding, and caring for the garden, with all of the produce donated to Community Action House in Holland. It’s hands‑on work that supports our community and creates space for members to connect.

Thanks to everyone who joined the Garden Party and helped kick off another season in the garden. 🌱🌷
