‘Oh yes! I’ve got a beef n wild boar sausage cos it’s uncle Tim’s birthday today! Sorry we didn’t make the party - mum’s a bit busy getting ready for her trip to Scotland. There’s a lot of huffing and puffing! She told me to say happy birthday anyway and said this tomato reminded her of you. Not cos you look like a tomato but cos you grow them. Hope you’re having a top day!’

‘Yay! I get two biscuits today! And it’s been a fun day already! So I lost my tracker last night when I was out with mum. I was having too much fun playing with another dog and it came off my collar, so this morning very early, me n mum n dad went on an adventure to look for it. We met a friend and his dog Jasper, and they joined in too. And guess what? We found it! Anyway, my dad was happy cos it made his day - and it’s birthday today! Happy birthday too to young neph in Preston Bailey - he drives really fast cars! Have a great day. 🐶

Quite a lot of activity in the nest today. Mum n dad are trying to encourage them out. There’s three babies, but only one is brave enough to put his head above the parapet. Don’t think it’ll be long now 🐥

This little fella/lady has been following me round for the past couple of days. Getting a bit too tame - just flew into the kitchen! What is it? Don’t think it’s a sparrow, looks like a robin without the redbreast. A dunnock maybe? 🤔
