Meet Boris! He's one of the friendly kune kune pigs you can meet at Mesmear.

Our beautifully converted holiday cottages are set on our 15 acre working farm, surrounded by fields that are often filled with flocks of sheep.

Closer to the cottages we have friendly farm animals, including alpacas and pigs, that are always a big hit with kids of all ages. We dare you to come to Mesmear and not go away without missing our pigs! We have not known a guest leave without knowing all their names and boasting that they have managed to topple a pig just by tickling it.

If farm animals aren't your thing then we're just a mile up the road from Polzeath (perfect for beach days, surfing and sunsets) and close to Padstow, Rock and Port Isaac.

The Bull’s Barn is a very spacious, self-catering one bedroom barn conversion just a stones throw from the orchard with spectacular views of the North Cornish countryside. Totally secluded with a private garden, the property has a large kitchen combined with an airy sitting room on the ground floor and a spacious bedroom and sitting area on the first floor along with an amazing bathroom/wet room. It has oak and slate floors throughout.

The Mill, our biggest property, sleeps 10 people...... and for some reason we still have next week free! Everything else has been booked for months. Normally £4.5 k per week..... it’s now 50 % off £2.2 k what the hell .... I know we just want it gone and the weather is epic 👍🏖😎
