We’ve recently completed this 9ft x 8ft garden shed for a customer in the Truro area, Cornwall.

Built using tanalised roll log cladding, this shed was made with an extra board higher for added height, along with a 3ft front roof overhang for extra shelter and protection from the weather. It also features a framed, ledged and braced door with a lock, plus two high-level opening windows to allow for natural light and ventilation.

The shed was lined with a cloth membrane and finished with a coat of clear wood preservativeto help protect the timber. Our team then delivered and fully assembled it on site.

A garden shed or workshop is a great way to create valuable extra space at home. Whether you need somewhere to store garden tools and equipment, keep bikes and outdoor furniture safe and dry, or create your own workshop or hobby space, a quality timber building can make a practical addition to your garden.

This is a full-time, hands-on workshop role, working with timber to manufacture frames, fit doors and windows, clad panels and help produce our high-quality garden buildings.

We’re looking for someone with woodworking experience, who can work accurately from measurements and drawings, safely operate woodworking machinery, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Just look at this beautiful 8ft x 6ft Chalet Summerhouse that our team recently manufactured, delivered, and assembled in the Penryn area, Cornwall.

With its charming design, single half-glazed door, and four windows allowing plenty of natural light to flood the interior, it's the perfect space to relax, work, enjoy a hobby, or simply unwind while enjoying your garden views. The two opening side windows provide excellent ventilation, making it a comfortable retreat throughout the warmer months.

Our customer also chose to add a clear wood preservative treatment for extra protection against the elements, helping to keep their summerhouse looking great for years to come.

Inside, the building is lined with a cloth membrane, while the floor and roof are constructed from quality tongue and groove boarding as standard across all our buildings, providing strength, durability, and a premium finish.

Just completed this stunning 9ft x 7ft studio garden room in the Portscatho area near Truro and now we can see exactly why the customer chose this spot in their garden… wait until the end for that incredible view!

Small but mighty, this studio was delivered and fully assembled by our team and finished with double glazed windows and fully glazed doors to make the most of the natural light and surrounding scenery. It also features a durable EPDM rubber roof plus timber lined and insulated walls, helping keep the space comfortable all year round.

For added protection against the Cornish weather, the customer also asked us to apply a clear wood preservative treatment, giving them extra peace of mind until the next treatment is due in around a year’s time.

Studio garden rooms are a fantastic way to create extra usable space without the hassle of moving home — perfect for home offices, hobby rooms, creative studios, gyms, or simply somewhere peaceful to relax and enjoy the garden.
