Balancing structure with freedom, LEPID plays with contrast and rhythm. Lines extend, overlap, and open into light spaces, creating movement and depth.

Refined and full of character, this stylish 150 sq m apartment in a historic St Petersburg building has been meticulously restored by a skilled team of artisans under the direction of designer Alla Kunitsa (). With a deep respect for the past, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to honour the home’s original charm.
“My main task was to preserve the spirit of the place and its historical details,” the designer explains—and this intention is beautifully evident throughout the space.
One standout feature is the perfectly curated kitchen, where timeless design meets contemporary flair. The eclectic pairing of three iconic Kartell chairs with a warm timber pedestal table creates a striking yet harmonious focal point, blending modern sophistication with classic elegance.
