Today we fixed a kitchen faucet. The homeowner called about water leaking under the sink. After further inspection under the sink, some of the parts were broken and not in place so the best solution was to replace the faucet. Now they don’t need to worry about their sink leaking.

We got a call from a homeowner that a part of their ceiling came off and was sagging. After looking at the ceiling, the best option would be to replace the whole ceiling. We placed new Sheetrock and patched the holes. Now the ceiling is good as new, ready for prime & paint now 👍🏼
