Chad shared how he launched Good Company around the time of the COVID-19 shutdown in 2020 and grew it from $1 million to over $30 million in 2025. 🤯 We also learned how Good Company got its name, what exactly a 3PL is, and why Chad continues to choose Springfield as the place to grow his team.

As part of our Civic Engagement Series, we toured the Ozarks Lyric Opera!🎭 Network members learned the Opera's history, explored the historic Gillioz and its third floor hub of local non-profits, and capped off the night with a dress rehearsal of Rossini's Cinderella.

Thank you to everyone who came out and brought your curiosity!

HUGE thank you to Ozarks Lyric Opera for hosting us, Care to Learn for being this year's Civic Engagement Series Presenting Sponsor, and OMB Bank for being our Annual Presenting Program Sponsor. 🙌

As we head into Q4, we wanted to share a quick update on what we have been up to.😊 2026 has been a record breaking year for The Network! 🎉 We've welcomed 140 new members - almost double what we welcomed last year - and hosted 23 events, more than half of which sold out or hit capacity. Numbers like these don't happen without an incredible community behind them. Thank you to every YP who has showed up, connected, and helped The Network grow this year. Here's to an even bigger 2027!
