Delivery isn’t finished just because the mattress is on the bed.

Our Foster City customer downsized from a Split King to a Queen, and we made sure her new setup was installed at the right height for her, then walked her through everything before we left.

Here we’re giving her a full orientation on her new Tempur-Pedic setup, from adjusting the head and foot positions to lumbar support, massage and getting comfortable with the remote.

The finished setup: a Queen TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium paired with the TEMPUR-Ergo 3.0 adjustable base.

Set it up right, explain it right, and make sure the customer is comfortable using it before we leave. That’s part of the delivery.

A referral from one of our longtime clients brought us to Foster City today.

Mom was ready to downsize from a Split King to a Queen, but there was another reason for the change. Her four-year-old air bed had become increasingly unreliable, with a leaking air system and an adjustable base that wasn’t cooperating. Her son was tired of coming over to get everything working, only to have another problem a few days later.

Her son already sleeps on Tempur-Pedic and suggested Mom do the same.

After talking through her needs, we paired her new Queen Tempur-Pedic with an adjustable base, with reliability and simplicity being just as important as comfort.

And installation matters. Her previous bed sat too high for her feet to comfortably reach the floor, so we specifically configured her new base at a lower height. Before we leave, we also take the time to walk our customer through the controls and make sure she’s comfortable operating everything herself.

Not just delivered and dropped off. Set up for the person actually sleeping in it.
