🌟 Optimum Ergonomics = Better Health & Productivity! 🌟
Did you know that the way you position yourself while working can have a huge impact on your health and productivity? 💼💪
👉 Sitting or standing in the right ergonomic position can help prevent neck and back pain, reduce the risk of repetitive strain injuries, and boost your overall well-being.
👩💻 Whether you’re at your desk, on your laptop, or using your phone, remember to:
1. Properly aligned over the spine. Be sure the head is square on top of the neck and spine, not pushed out forward.
2. Eyes are level with the top third of the monitor. Bifocal/progressive wearer should adjust monitor about chin height.
3.Arrange (phone, stapler, documents etc.) so they are within easy reach, that way you can work without straining or bending.
4. Properly positioned with the lumbar support of the chair snuggled into the natural curve of your lower back.
5. Should be in a neutral position with shoulders relaxed, arms where they naturally fall. Your keyboard and mouse should be within your natural reach zone, with fingertips lower than your elbows.
6. The chair should be appropriate to the length of your leg to relieve any pressure points. Making sure your hips are higher than your knees.
7. Use an ergonomic footrest if there is pressure on the back of the legs or if the feet are not resting on the floor.
✨ Take regular breaks to stretch and move around.
By prioritizing optimum ergonomic positioning, you’ll not only feel better physically but also supercharge your productivity and focus! 🚀💼
