Another day, another install! 👏

This base cabinet and book shelf combo is a beautiful standout piece. It was a part of the project with the locker system we recently installed in this home.

We designed the base cabinet to look like a piece of furniture rather than a standard base cabinet. We went with thicker shelves and golden hardware to make the piece pop.

We were met with a challenge building next to a chimney constructed back in the 50’s. Due to settling and foundation movement, we had to design something that would not only function properly, but remain stylish to the BWD standard.

We love when a project comes together like this—functional, cohesive, and made to last!

Locker system is done!

I spent a couple of days on site installing and making sure everything was just right—it never gets old seeing a piece in its new home.

We’re loving the white oak, the hardware, and the function it brings to this space.

A set of custom cabinets taking place in the shop! These are going to be a great storage system for our clients and we can’t wait for install soon.

Right now we’re working on getting the details right — clean lines, solid joinery, and making sure everything fits exactly how it should before finish work begins.

This 20-foot conference table required after-hours delivery and careful on-site assembly. A whole process almost too magnanimous to try and fit in just a mere seconds worth of a reel!

Large builds like this refine the process — from planning and coordination to final installation.

There’s just something cool about watching a piece leave the shop and enter its space.

What starts as raw lumber becomes part of someone’s everyday rhythm — meetings, conversations, big ideas.

And even on delivery day, the work isn’t rushed!

There are final adjustments. On-site assembly. Making sure everything fits exactly as it should.

Why? Because every table that leaves our shop carries our name - and that matters.

Whether it’s a 6-foot table or 20 — the standard stays the same. We build custom pieces for homes and businesses that value craftsmanship over convenience.

BWD is taking a few days to clean, organize, and reflect — on jobs that were and the ones to come.

Work matters. Providing for our family matters.

But this…this is why we do what we do.

What God has given us in our children and the love He continually shows us — we are forever grateful.

Yes, we are building and making.
But most of all, we are building a legacy of our own.

We are grateful to get to do what we do - and even more grateful for who we get to do it for 🤍

There’s something steady about this stage of the process.

While Blair has been out working on installations as of recent, the work here never really stops!

Now it’s time to reset the shop and prepare for the next builds 👊

Different projects. Same hands. Same commitment to doing it right.
