It is time for another great Estate Sale! It begins this Thursday and runs through Saturday, 9:00-2:00 daily, May 7-9th, 2 Westgate Rd, Mobile, AL in the Springhill area. We do not permit pre-sales, early entry, or price inquiries before the sale opens on Thursday. This sale presents a curated selection of items from multiple Mobile estates, labeled with colored stickers to indicate their estate of origin, which do not imply discounts. Prices are fixed on Thursday, with 25% and 50% discounts on Friday and Saturday, respectively. To stay informed about future sales, please follow Bender Estate Sales on Facebook and Instagram. We only accept cash and check payments, and items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

We're cash and check only. If you are writing a check, have your driver's license ready - we'll need to snap a photo of it. Please note that baskets, strollers, and large purses are not allowed. Items will be sold to the first customer to pay for an item. Please do not remove price tags - they're essential for our business operations. If you're unable to carry a large item, take a photo of the item and the price tag, and head to the checkout line to make payment - our staff will assist you and provide a sold tag. Inspect your items carefully before purchasing, as everything is sold as is, where it is, with no returns. Some of these upholstered pieces have cat scratches! Please inspect before buying! All items must be picked up by the end of each sale day, unless you've made other arrangements with us. Parking is permitted on one side of the street only. Friday is 25% off, and Saturday offers 50% off almost everything - so be sure to shop all three days for the ultimate shopping experience! We do not give out prices prior to the sale.

Good news and bad news! The good news is the estate sale scheduled for this weekend is still going on despite the torrential rains. The bad news is the discounts are not going to happen until NEXT weekend. So come and see everything and you have all week (except Sunday and Monday) to shop. If you are waiting for the discounts come Friday for 25% off and Saturday for 50% off.
