We are Driven Force, Inc., an Independent Agent for Landstar Transportation Logistics. Landstar is a National/International Multi Modal Freight provider with offices located around the world. We are looking for highly motivated folks with great communication skills, problem solving abilities, and is a self starter and not afraid to develop a book of business by cold calling and direct connections with potential clients. Driven Force is located in Mobile, AL and serves the entire United States, Mexico, and Canada via ground transport. We service the worlds freight needs through our Ocean, Air, and Rail, service. We specialize in Heavy and Over-Dimensional freight and handle all other types of freight as well. If you are experienced bring your book of business with you or if not, we will train you to reach your highest potential and income level.
Income is a base salary + commission. Your income expectancy will be in the $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year range after the first year after training but not limited to those numbers.

What you will do: We represent one of the largest and safest trucking companies in the U.S. Landstar has a fleet of around 10,500 company trucks. We have a broker authority that adds an additional nearly 35,000 trucks to our on hand fleet. You will be expected to establish customers, bid their freight, match the freight to either a company truck or broker to one of our partner carrier trucks. You will follow the truck from loading to unloading while keeping the customer informed of the progress of his load daily. You will resolve issues with carriers, drivers, and customers. You will finalize all loads and resolve any issues needing to be addressed. You will receive a commission for each load that you book. We put no limit on your income level. That will be up to each individuals capacity to book and broker freight.

Requirements: Self Motivated. Ability to communicate in a positive way. Problem solving skills a must. Must have Microsoft Office Suite experience. Must have good grasp on computer skills.
