10 yard Reynolds dirt pan i had to repair and rebuild part of the gate that was ripped all the way in half on one end and then rebuild the hinge on the other end and replace the eye sockets for the pins on the gate and one on the cylinder also burnt out some frozen pins before dropping the gate back in and pinning it up. Turns out good

Let's talk about frozen pins in heavy equipment if it's truly frozen or rusted in you wont beat it out you could spend hours with little to no progress but I have the tooling to burn them out and the tooling to pull them out.

Repair on a top cylinder mount on this excavator thumb i built all new pieces then went on site and got busy got everything fixed and actually found where the plate for the thumb had started cracking the stick itself so I addressed that also gouged the cracks out each way until I found the ends of the crack and welded it up also.

Installed this new Gentec thumb on a older excavator. Good Sunday job under a shade tree. The threw me a old lawn chair and I got busy.

Before and after on this wrecked log trailer rebuilt i was able to salvage some of the original pieces lots of cutting and demolition before any fab work was done. But she is ready to work!!!

Repaird 12 of these dead man Anchors at Pine Bluff the tops of them took on some damage when the were installed with a big viberator

Bucket repair on a John Deere 470 it's been in a rock quarry in Princeton taking a beating chased the crack with a Arc gouge all the way around the back side of the bucket cleaned it up and and went to welding she is ready to work now.
