pressed to find solid wood furniture to add to their new family home. After exhausting all options within Houston, the Landwehrs' decided to open E&G Amish Furniture in 2003. Inspired by Gregs' mother, Jane Landwehr, who currently is in Ohio still selling Amish Furniture from her home for the last 25 years. After opening their first store in the Clear Lake area, Earlene & Greg enlisted a partnership with over 100 Amish craftsmen, some of which are family friends from Ohio and Indiana. Focusing on quality and reasonable pricing, E&G Amish Furniture continues to provide hundreds of styles for Office, Living Room, Dining Room, and Bedroom furniture to Houston for their customers to shop. As their customer base grew, they opened a second location in Sugar Land in 2009, launching E&G Amish Furniture to the Largest Amish Furniture Showroom in Houston with 22,000 square feet of showroom to explore. Now, they have relocated both the Clear Lake & Sugar Land Store into one Huge Location of 48,000 Square Feet of Showroom in Houston. This move happened in May of 2022. Now the whole Family is all together. Every year, more Amish builders join E&G Amish Furniture to broaden the range of styles we can provide to our customers. Earlene and Greg continue to operate and sell furniture in their New Location with their daughter Amanda & Granddaughter Kaitlyn. Along with a wonderful sales team and delivery crew.
