🚨EVIL: According to reports, a Baton Rouge man bragged on social media after running over a police officer and dragging him more than 500 feet with his truck.

According to police, Gad Black, 41 intentionally rammed Sgt. Caleb Eisworth. It happened as the veteran officer was riding his marked police motorcycle.

The impact threw Eisworth off the bike and trapped him underneath the Ford F-150... dragging him all the way down the road.

Black later posted on Facebook, “Just stretched one on Joor Rd.”

Sgt. Eisworth suffered two broken legs and a broken arm. Both of his legs were amputated above the knee, and after seven weeks of battling for his life, the 23-year veteran of the Baton Rouge Police Department passed away.

According to police, Black admitted he targeted the officer because of a “deep-rooted hatred for law enforcement.”

BREAKING:
Derek Chauvin’s Attorney: No Grand Jury Ever Reviewed the Case — The Entire Trial Was a Fraud.

Derek Chauvin’s attorney filed a new 19-page petition this week seeking to dismiss all charges against the former Minneapolis police officer — arguing that Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison bypassed the state’s own constitutional requirements to bring the case in the first place.

The core claim: Hennepin County District Court Judge Peter Cahill never convened a grand jury to review the evidence against Chauvin, at any point from his assignment to the case through the verdict. Without that step, attorney Greg Joseph argues, the court never had jurisdiction to bring the charges at all — a violation of both Minnesota’s constitution and the federal Constitution’s due process guarantees.

“If the charges themselves are illegal — as they were in this case — everything that follows from those charges is also illegal, including the trial, which was a fraud. What was done here is shocking. It is inexcusable.”

The petition also targets how the case reached Ellison. It alleges Walz’s decision to transfer prosecution from Hennepin County to the state Attorney General’s office was itself unlawful, and that Ellison added the second-degree murder charge to satisfy public pressure rather than the statutory record — after a Hennepin County prosecutor had already withdrawn from the case over her own objections to the additional charge.

Chauvin is currently serving 22.5 years on the state murder conviction and 21 years on federal civil rights charges, running concurrently. This is his third post-conviction petition; two prior attempts were dismissed by lower courts, with a November 2025 filing still pending before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

If the charges were never legal, neither was the trial.
