Today I stopped by Midline, the new master-planned community being built just FIVE minutes from my home, and I honestly wasn’t prepared for the scale of it.
This isn’t just another neighborhood.
This is an entirely new community that will eventually connect to Baybrook Mall with trails, parks, green spaces, and pathways where families will be able to walk, run, and ride bikes. 🚴♀️🌳☀️
As I stood there looking around, it hit me just how massive this project really is. It stretches far beyond what you see from the road, and it’s exciting to think about how much it will shape this area in the years ahead.
The homes are beautiful, the vision is impressive, and I was told the very first resident is expected to move in next week. What an incredible milestone. 🎉
I also want to give a special shout-out to the ladies at the Welcome Center. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel at home. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about what they’re building. Thank you for spending time with me today. 💙
Congratulations to everyone involved in Midline. This is a huge investment in our community, and it’s exciting to watch it come to life right here in our own backyard.
And yes… as someone who loves outdoor living, I can’t wait to see what homeowners do with their patios, outdoor kitchens, gathering spaces, and backyards. ☀️🌴
