Creating a seamless flow in an open-concept space is all about the details! ✨

Because this living room and kitchen flow directly into one another, we wanted to ensure the design felt intentionally connected. Here is how we brought the two spaces together around this fireplace:

Cohesive Tile: We carried the same beautiful backsplash tile used in the kitchen over to the fireplace surround to unify the rooms.

Scaled-Up Mantel: We designed a new, simpler mantel that brings a much larger, more grounded sense of scale to the wall.

Stunning Hearth: We finished it all off with a custom, honed Jet Mist granite hearth to anchor the design.

When removing walls, thoughtful material connections are the secret to making an open floor plan feel truly unified.

We balanced the light, natural veining of the stone with muted cabinetry tones to keep the space feeling bright and timeless.

We love a beautiful finish, but the real magic happens when you open a drawer. These custom storage solutions from our project highlight why “bespoke” is the gold standard:

The perfect shade of blue doesn’t have to be bold, it just has to be right. 🌊

For this project, we wanted a color that felt intentional but not over-saturated. We landed on "Stardew" from the Aspect line by WW Wood Products. It’s a beautiful, muted tone that pulls directly from the water view outside, creating a seamless transition from the landscape to the heart of the home.

A timeless bathroom isn’t created by one standout feature.

It comes from the way every detail works together: the arched shower entrance, the marble carried throughout the space, the warm brass finishes, the built-in storage, and the everyday functionality behind it all.

For this primary bathroom, the goal was to create a space that feels calm, refined, and easy to live in, not just beautiful in photos.

Trading bold patterns for timeless textures. ✨ While we loved the original gold and blue wood veneer wallpaper, designing for resale is all about finding that sweet spot between “wow factor” and universal appeal. These custom 3-inch walnut beams add architectural depth and warmth that will perfectly tie into the new kitchen island. 🪵🏠

Every inch matters when designing your dream space. Instead of framing out standard 2x4 walls for this hallway coat closet, we recessed a custom cabinet box. This thoughtful solution provides a full 24-inch deep closet while only taking up 3/4 of an inch from the kitchen side. It’s all about maximizing functionality and preserving your home’s footprint. 📐✨
