Primary function is to verify electronic employee time cards. Other duties include: assist in on-boarding new employees, tracking crew attendance as well as PTO usage, log truck maintenance, misc filing, assist in scheduling inbound freight. Must have Microsoft Office experience. Experience in construction related businesses and with electronic time tracking a plus. Work 5 hours per day. Can be somewhat flexible on start times within the regular business day.

Experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidates. you can be on new job sites weekly of even daily, working with different types of systems furniture, office furniture and architectural walls. Most of our work is local in the Denver area, but there are opportunities to travel to out of town projects.

Seeking a reliable, highly detail oriented candidate with excellent people skills and upbeat attitude. Candidate should be able to assist management and customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, email or in person.Candidate must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks and excel at both written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities include checking weekly time clock entries for accuracy, answering phone and routing calls to appropriate party, maintain computer and manual filing system, track equipment maintenance, Use computer to generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes and conduct research, booking travel for crews when necessary.
Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, Associates degree and/or 2 years experience preferred. Candidate must be reliable and personable, highly detail oriented, able to work independently, multi task and interface with other employees at all levels. Candidate should possess excellent skills in verbal and written communication. Must be proficient with MS Office. Bilingual a plus.
