How can you tell if a mattress is too firm or too soft? 🤔

A bed that's too firm can create extra pressure on your shoulders, hips and joints. One that's too soft may let your body sink too deeply, pulling your spine out of alignment.

🍒 Tart cherries & 🍍pineapple: These fruits are rich in melatonin, which can help you fall asleep faster and wake up less often overnight.

🥛 Cottage cheese, yogurt & dairy: Dairy is a good source of calcium, which helps the brain use tryptophan to produce melatonin, easing you into a restful night.

🥬 Kale: Leafy greens like kale are packed with calcium, too.

🐟 Salmon: Fatty fish are high in omega-3s and vitamin D, which play a role in serotonin production and can promote deeper, more restorative rest.

🦃 Turkey: This bird famously contains tryptophan, an amino acid your body uses to make serotonin and melatonin, both of which play a role in sleep.
