The kitchen is the heart of the home, and at Needham, we’re taking every precaution to protect it.

With Phase 3 underway, the kitchen we completed in Phase 2 is fully covered, sealed, and sectioned off so the next round of work can move forward without putting the finished space at risk.

Inside or out, this Dover home knows how to set the mood. A living room fireplace for the everyday moments, a covered outdoor fireplace for the nights that stretch a little longer, and a home designed to make both feel equally inviting.

This is what thinking a few phases ahead looks like. Before installation begins, our crew is mapping out the siding so the water table, trim, and windows all work together cleanly.

The new breezeway starts here!

This old covered walkway is coming down, clearing the way for one of the most exciting connections in Phase 3. What looks like demo today is really the first step toward tying the garage and home together in a whole new way.

Big changes are officially underway at Needham.

We talk about control layers on every project, and this Lexington roof is a great example of the details that make all the difference.

Here, copper step flashing is tucked under the WRB and taped back with Benjamin Obdyke Inc. - Roof & Wall Products UV+ tape, helping the whole exterior system work together behind the scenes.

Fall looks pretty good from up here. This second-floor deck at our Weston project creates a quiet perch above the patio, surrounded by trees and made for taking in the season.

This is not just an addition. It is a whole new way for the back of the property to live. Phase 3 is all about creating a better flow across the property, with new spaces and connections that make this Needham home feel even more complete.

Excited to take you through the details as this next chapter comes together.

What started as rot under this door area has become an opportunity to rebuild the assembly the way it should have been done from the start. With the framing corrected and Benjamin Obdyke Inc. - Roof & Wall Products products in place, this area is now being detailed to manage moisture the right way and protect the home for the long run.

Follow along as we continue showing the details that make this exterior renovation built to last.

Before we build what’s next, we protect what’s already done.

With Phase 3 underway, our team is making sure the finished work from the first two phases stays protected, from the surrounding spaces to the Julius Blum rails installed in Phase 2. It’s all part of respecting the work, the home, and the client’s investment.
