I was called back to a clients house today to do more work for them. It's always a sign you are doing a great job when you get asked to do more, and when you are referred to others. Its a sign of confidence by our clients that we are the best.

Look at these lovely French doors we had made and installed for them. Still as stunning as the day they were installed.

Look at the amount of water sitting INSIDE this double glazing unit. Its shocking!!! All because of poor workmanship and someone not doing their job properly.

When it comes to Retrofit double glazing, there is more to it than you may think. Cut corners, and this is the outcome.

HOW SHOCKING IS THIS!!!

I am really passionate about retrofitting double glazing. So it really pi**es me off when I am asked to inspect work done by another company that carries out work to this level of incompetence. These units have failed because they were not correctly glazed. These lovely people paid tens of thousands of dollars, and are now forced to pay it all again to get this done properly. This really pi**es me off.

You can even see water in the video that is pooling inside these relatively new units.

Do it once and do it right. (And stand by your work when asked to fix it!)

I'm always happy to offer advice for any job, regardless of how it benefits our company. I'd rather see a job done right, than face these situations.
