Last job of the year finished off. Great fun making this bespoke gate for such lovely repeat clients.
Made from iroko (African teak) sealed with osmo uv Terra. Recycled leadlight window with rainbow tint for privacy. Custome laser cut 4 leaf clover decrotive bolt heads powder ocoated stainless steel to match the lead light window clovers.
Curve of gate mirrors proportions of the front porch arch. Electo magnetic lock and intercom for security. Soft closing hinges to stop gate slamming shut.

Plytech birch decor oak veneer fronts horizontal grain and sold oak shelves. 20mm Dekton splashback and benchtop with waterfall end by granite design works. NZ grown oak coffee table with natural live edge and water fall ends. Finished with Osmo Polyx Hardwax Oil mitre joins strengthened with domino tennon joins and epoxy glue.

Ever wanted a beer tap in your kitchen. Just add sparkling water to get your wife's approval. Solid rimu side panels and book case finished with Osmo Polyx Hardwax Oil, handles from Fit NZ, Dekton benchtop from Granite design works. Kegerator fridge and gas bottle behind the doors. 2 bins for recycling staition.

This challenging job begun after a glass of wine, when the client cut a hole in his wall he discovered 2 equilateral triangular rooms, each 2m wide. Then I created a wine cellar down stairs, and a walk in pantry off the kitchen. The empty voids were potential a elevator shaft.

Sliding barn door, solid timber Cupressus lusitanica finished with Danish oil. Timber milled and sourced locally in Golden Bay from the clients neighbour.
