The Birdcage We are a purveyor of Chinese antique furniture and accessories. Our furniture is sourced from all over China.

We only collect furniture that is in it's original condition. It is then affectionately restored to it's former glory before being displayed in our retail shop.

The main sideboard finally arrived today to complete the set.
3 Drawer Sideboard (Q49C) is W 157.5cm x D 48cm x H 106cm.
All original brass fittings.
You can see the other 2 smaller sideboards behind to complete the set of 3.

As we all know, the price of antiques can be staggering. A friend of mine recently sold some of his beautiful Chinese collection at Christie's. Here are a few pieces that sold.

Finally arrived at our workshop. After more then a month trying to get them down from Jiangsu. It is the first time we have found a matching set of sideboards. Especially excited as all the brass fittings are intact. The centre sideboard is W 150cm x D 48cm x H 107cm. The pair on either side are each W 109cm x D 48cm x H 107cm. They should be in the shop by the end of May.
