I’m thankful I got to do this kitchen, it’s been absolutely worth it! The best part is always looking back and realising the massive change! What a difference 🥰

At the start of the week I did question my life choices after I made the decision painting a kitchen in 31 degree heat 🔥 🤣
After a fair few early mornings and late evenings later… we got there! 🙌🏻

Spring weather is best, not too hot for the paint to dry fast, or bubble after. Not too hot and hopefully no rain!

I have these beautiful vintage wooden chairs with floral carved motif on the top rail - sitting in the workshop waiting to be upcycled, for sale! I have two of each one!

Recent trip to The Barn 🌺
Always a fun visit, coffee, cake and interiors! AND dog friendly 🐾

last visit was true inspiration to start doing floral designs and art work on furniture! I’ll start by doing it free hand but can we just take a minute to appreciate the art work on these antique set of drawers! 🌺

From a neutral, cold & boring hallway - adding a pop of colour was absolutely necessary ! Just need a runner for the floor to finish it off nicely. This was such a nice coverage! It’s a water based paint, so lovely work with!

We have gone for “Carriage House” paint

This was purchased from few months back! They always have a fab range of paint!
