A quick reminder to our regular midweek visitors -we are open later today (Tuesday) from 4-7pm when we will be unloading this week's new stock.

We are not open on Wednesday, but back to our usual opening days/times on Friday 10am-2pm, Saturday & Sunday 11am-4pm.

Here's a preview of some of the new stock arriving later this afternoon, it's all in the showroom from 4pm today!

As promised, here is a selection of photos showing the Christmas decorations currently in stock.

They are on sale from 10am tomorrow morning at the Bacon Lane showroom.

We have lots of Nkuku Tree Toppers, Garlands and Wreaths, not quite as many sets of Baubles.

It's unlikely we will get any more in stock this close to Xmas, so once this is gone, that's it for this year.

Feel free to ask questions about anything shown -we can give you prices and hold it one week for collection.

We'll take some more photos tomorrow of the Wreaths, Garlands and Tree Toppers.

15/10/2026

An excellent intake of new stock this week -rugs, table lamps, pouffes, quilts and mirrors.

We also have the Christmas Decorations available from 10am on Saturday morning -yes we are opening early!

We'll post some Xmas stock photos on Friday evening, so let us know if there's anything you would like reserving.

Also be aware, we are not open next Weds 21st October, we are open on Tuesday 20th instead (4-7pm). This is when the new stock will be arriving.

Here's this week's opening hours:

Friday 10am - 2pm
Saturday 10am - 4pm
Sunday 111am - 4pm
Tuesday 4 - 7pm

Don't you just love Thursdays? It's almost the weekend and you get to visit our Bacon Lane showroom three days in a row if the mood takes you! We are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday -you lucky people...

So what's new this week? It's a real mix of smaller furniture, soft furnishings and two pairs of Nkuku Stools/Bar Chairs.

A quick word about our 400+ Nkuku & John Lewis Christmas Decorations -due to popular demand they will be going on sale on Saturday 17th October (rather than early November).
We will publicise it again next week, with a special reel with photos of most of the Xmas stock.

Our opening hours this week are:
Weds Evening 6pm-9pm
Friday 10am-2pm
Sat & Sun 11am-4pm

02/10/2026

Another Friday instead of Thursday -the furnishings world is going to hell in a John Lewis Handcart... who knew my whole world doesn't revolve around cushion covers and I had a social life!

This week's new stock is furniture heavy, with sideboards, a cabinet, coffee table and set of Nkuku dining chairs. There's the usual small stuff from both Nkuku & John Lewis and a whole host of small table lamps.

Yes, I know it's been 21 degrees today, but Christmas is on the horizon and our huge stash of Christmas decorations will be hitting the showroom on Saturday 7th November.
We will be posting lots of the Xmas items on the Thursday before and taking orders reservations.

We are open the usual hours this coming week:

6pm-9pm Weds Evening
10am-2pm Friday
11am-4pm Saturday & Sunday

24/09/2026

Another great week for furniture & cushions down here on Bacon Lane.

We are beginning to stock larger pieces of furniture -due to popular demand (and the fact they are selling quickly). If there are any pieces for which you are searching, such as dining table, sideboard, console table etc -then feel free to send over photos or links via Whatsapp or messenger. It makes it easier for us to try and source them with a visual clue!

So here's this week's haul -there are a few more items will list over the weekend, we simply didn't have chance to unload or photograph them on Wednesday evening.

As ever, our opening hours are as follows:

6-9pm Weds Evening

10am-2pm Friday

11am-4pm Saturday & Sunday

17/09/2026

Back to our regular Thursday slot this week, a slightly smaller batch of new stock -but still plenty of gems in there.

As ever, message us if you see anything you would like to purchase or have us reserve until you have seen it in person.

Our opening hours this week are as follows:

10am-2pm Friday

11am-2pm Sat & Sun

6pm-9pm Weds Evening
