Here’s one of our lesser published refurbishment jobs (mainly due to us not getting the ever important “before” photo)

This one is a 15 year old oak plank floor badly stained and cupped. We used a heavy grit sand paper to remove the high points and slowly worked our way up to a fine grit to create a smooth finish and finally 2 coats of Fiddes Hardwax oil.
