Asked by the customer to only re-point a certain area due to a few blown motar joints.
Ground out and re-pointed in a lime motar which most don't understand that these older houses need it to be able to breathe appropriately.

Of course that was no problem for us we had perfectly level and smooth ready for the new flooring to be laid🔨🤌🏻

Farrow & ball Wimborne white throughout with farrow & ball modern railings for the woodwork (I.e doorframes and skirtings and banisters)🖌
Carpet runners laid throughout (3 Story Property)🔨
New curtain poles and curtains hung🔨
New shelving unit hung through out Property🔨.

Heres a bathroom ceiling which had some bad water stains, unfortunately I didn't get a before photo. It took us no time at all to get it coated in zinsser stain blocker and then coated in a dulux bathroom grade paint🖌😊

Well the start of the year has been a busy one for us😊
Here's one we've did for one of our local estate agents, all weeds and moss removed then sprayed down a Scrubb moss/algae remover🧽🧹

Another one we've enjoyed doing...
Customer had a leak from where the porch roof meets the house and turns out the old builder stole lead flashing🤦‍♂️
Took us no time at all to get the render off without causing too much disturbance to the rest of the render, the motar ground out. Ready for us to install the new lead flashing and get it re-pointed and re-rendered👌🔨

Another lovely one we've completed local to louth for a great reoccurring customer!
Sanded all the window frames down including door and door frame, filled in any imperfections, replaced any rotten wood with new and filled in to match we then undercoated all the windows and door/doorframe in a dulux weathersheild white undercoat, then overcoated the windows and door frame in an exterior grey weathersheild paint of the customers choice which in my personal opinion looks great with the choice of the exterior red weathersheild paint they chose for the door itself🎨🖌
