Furniture delays don't always have to delay the project.

Fit-out programmes rarely go exactly to plan.

Lead times change. Suppliers run behind. Deadlines don't.

The real challenge isn't avoiding every delay. It's having a plan that keeps the project moving anyway.

That's exactly what happened when BE Offices was preparing its new serviced workspace at White Chapel Building.

The furniture package was specified, procured and installed within an eight-week programme. When supplier delays threatened the opening date, temporary furniture was introduced to ensure the space could open as planned while the remaining items were completed.

The result was a fully operational 23,600 sq ft workplace delivered without pushing back the launch.
