Business update: OPEN - We realise that life and business is totally upside down for many of us. However, we are (at the moment) still open for business. Our entire kitchen range is available to purchase online, all of our staff are working remotely from home and our delivery services (from an external provider) are still making deliveries.

John Strand Kitchens and Wall beds - COVID19 Information

As we face these unprecedented times with daily changes to our everyday lives and businesses, we wanted to let you know the steps we are taking.

John Strand is a small family business; we make kitchens in the UK but also import from Sweden and Italy.

We value and care about the safety and wellness of our staff, customers and suppliers so we will be making a few changes and strive, as best we can, to keep business as usual.

Social Distancing
We have taken the decision to temporarily suspend visits to our showroom. The good news is we have lots of photos and videos on our website www.johnstrand-mk.co.uk. We know our kitchens and wall beds inside out, so if you have a specific detail or want a closer look at any of our range that you can’t find online, just send us an email to [email protected] and we can send you more information, images or even video clips.

Our office staff are working from home but as a team we are still on hand, by phone and email during normal office hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) to help with your enquiries and process orders.

Placing Orders
Can you still place orders? Absolutely, yes!

All of our stock is still in production. However, we hope you can understand that some of our delivery timescales will be affected. Our brilliant wall beds are designed and produced in Italy and despite all of the very difficult times they have still kept their production lines in operation. Albeit, within the stringent guidelines to protect workers to the best of their abilities.

When you place your order, we will keep you up to date with the most recent information we have with regards to delivery dates.

As we are fully operational online and over the phone we are here and happy to process your orders as normal.

Design Advice and Future Projects
If you have a planned project (even if the future, may at present, seem uncertain) we would love to help with designs and quotations. Please send over your drawings, design ideas, budgets and requirements and we can help get things organised and ready to go.
