…and that’s exactly what it got.

Cabinet doors stripped and refinished in Little Greene Masquerade and timber worktops sanded and coated with Osmo Top Oil Satin.

What a transformation.

It’s goodbye to these lovely Stag Minstrel bedside tables this weekend.

At close on 50 yrs old, it’s wonderful that so much of this lovely furniture is still in use throughout the country, and (compared to me at least) to see how well it is standing the test of time!

Here’s to another 50 yrs.

In fact, I’m so pleased with how it laid down….that it’s given me an idea for an upcoming project…

Almost all gloss cabinet doors we see these days are foiled coatings. Which is great - until they delaminate!

This little door from a bathroom vanity unit was suffering from exactly that, so we removed what was left of the foil and refinished it the old fashioned way - with paint!

2k waterbased gloss at it’s best.

Breathing new life into kitchens and furniture is something we never tire of and getting to do it every single week is a real privilege.

Refinishing this lovely oak kitchen in Little Greene Aquamarine Deep this past couple of weeks, has reminded us though just how impactful such a transformation can be for our clients too. 🙂
