Made to Return.

At the centre of our showroom stands a kitchen we built in 2015. After a decade of daily life, it has returned home.
Not as a restoration project, but as proof that good design is measured over time.
Crafted in HeartOak, the kitchen required very little work. Refurbished appliances from and a restored faucet from the Toni Vintage Repair Shop continue the same philosophy: carrying quality forward rather than replacing it.

Made to Return marks the beginning of a new initiative, where previous kitchens and interior solutions are bought back, restored, and brought into new homes.

A kitchen shaped by material, light, and architecture.

In this summer house in Veddinge Bakker Denmark, our Solid kitchen in ash anchors the open living space with warmth, presence, and calm.

Soft tones, tactile surfaces, and carefully composed details create a calm dialogue between kitchen and architecture - all within the walls of what was once a flat-pack church.

Step into a space designed to be felt as much as seen.

In our Layer kitchen, warm oak surfaces invite touch, soft lines guide the movement, and every detail is integrated to create a harmonious presence.

Enduring Clarity

The Garde Hvalsøe Glass Cabinet is a refined frame for the objects it holds. Handcrafted in 1995 by our founder, Søren Hvalsøe Garde, and crafted in smoked oak to bring depth and contrast to a light, serene space. A timeless expression of precision, presence, and calm.

The Garde Hvalsøe toast - made by

Last year, we visited Bo at his family home. Fresh coffee was brewed, and stories were shared - about the house, the art, and the many moments gathered around a table.

Our collaboration with Bo spans many years, and we’ve been fortunate to enjoy his cooking on countless occasions. So there was no doubt: we had to make his famous Garde Hvalsøe toast together - a small ritual and one of the many results of a long-standing friendship and shared love for craft.

Let us know if you’d like the recipe!
