Staging is not about making major renovations such as: tearing down walls, building additions, major pluming and electrical work. we are able to provide you with resources to have small maintenance jobs, painting, or other services completed before staging begins, we will also give close attention to the budget ensuring that the project is completed in a reasonable time to place your house on the
market. We will tour your entire property and within twenty hours present you with a written list of recommendations. Close attention will be given to distractions which is usually a cause for buyers to deflate the selling price. Recommendations will be made for any necessary quality furnishings,art work and accessories for purposes of improving the chances for achieving the asking price. A consultation fee of $200.00 flat rate payable at the the time of the consultation. Staging: we will revisit and showcase your home, rearranging furnishings and accessories to enhance the features of your home for a successful sale. Styling: is a one day makeover for a room. when you schedule a styling. we will discuss what you do and don't like about the room in question, then i will go shopping in the rest of the house. The process may involve moving furniture, accessories, lighting and rugs. The beauty of the one day makeover is that you see quick results; you don't have to buy new furnishing if you don't want to. Most makeovers take about four to five hours, if there are not enough furnishings to complete the room, we can do the shopping for you to find the perfect items
Staging and Styling packages are quoted individually and take into consideration various factors such as the size of your home, furniture and accessories. Quotes are given after the consultation.
