OF WATERWISE GARDENING
The competion and needy for irrigation water is rapidly escalating in Harare in particular and Zimbabwe in general. The natural rain especially in Zimbabwe was below par in the first half of 2022 , while the needy for water usage in home gardens is growing. The council water taps are drying by the day, while the Whollywood type of properties are increasing countrywide. These properies, undeniably, are a must to be accompanied by indefatigable gardens. The reasons ranging from asaerthetics, increase in property value , perception management to maintaining a convinience between archirtecture and narture- a pure case of science and philosophy(narture vs nature)
In an endeavour to maintain grandeneur and aristocracy without blemishes, the designing of dry gardens(water wise gardening), therefore , becomes a major focus and trait in the modern day Zimbabwean gardening nomencluture.
