The surrounding area offers a wide variety of activities to satisfy anyone and everyone – from hiking, fishing, golfing, river rafting, horse riding, bowling, boat cruises, safari’s, bird viewing and helicopter charters – all in an area that incorporates the spectacular Champagne, Cathkin and Cathedral Peak Valleys. Accommodation and Rates:
The self catering cottage consists of a fully equipped kitchen with mini oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and combination fridge/freezer. A large living room with comfortable settees and easy chairs, separate toilet / bathroom and 2 bedrooms - a main bedroom with double bed and separate bedroom with 2 single beds.
There are braai facilities and the varandah is a cosy place to enjoy the view and tranquility of a quiet corner of this popular site.
Rate of R 1 200.00 per night for the cottage. A minimum 4 night booking to apply (peak).

Out of season rates - R350 per person. Can be changed accordingly for accompanying children. .

Peak season - 12 Dec tot 8 January

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. We regret no pets allowed.
2. Tea, coffee, toilet paper, soap, etc, for your own cost.
3. We regret no refunds for bookings during high season.
4. The full tariff is payable notwithstanding a late arrival or early departure.
5. We do ask that there is NO SMOKING in the cottage. There is a smoking area on the varandah.

Food and drinks
(also Charcoal, fire wood and other supplies - available from vendors at side of road, Scrumpy Jack’s, The Oaks or Cedarwood Village.
INDEMNITY:
The managing agents, owners and staff of Lavender Cottage accept no responsibility for the loss and damage to guests’ personal property or injuries sustained during your stay on the estate/cottage.
