A memory foam pillow and mattress salesman from Scotland walked in to a chain store that sells bedding. Asked if he cud spk to the buyer,The buyer introduced himself to the young sales rep. After chatting a few minutes a customer asked the buyer son I need one of these motorized beds I don’t sleep well. The buyer started to explain that they don’t stock them,Just then young salesman asks the buyer wud he mind if he chatted to the customer. The buyer said be my guest”. Young salesman explained he was there to promote his own motorized beds to the buyer. After the young salesman finished explaining everything to the customer ,the customer said to the young salesman that’s the best presentation of any product that anyone has ever done, Especially when there was no product to demo. He ordered and paid for a £5000 motorized bed there and then. The young salesman walked the customer to his car, also arranging to pick him up the following day and take him to his showroom. Wen the young salesman walked back in to meet the buyer. The buyer was speechless! He said never sold expensive beds in the company’s history and with out a display model on the floor. He set up a meeting with all the directors . They couldn’t believe it, They have placed an order for all there stores for memory foam pillows. That young man was my son Ryan . Undoubtedly best sales person I ever known. That’s why his 12 yrs old company continues to grow. Go the extra mile for the customer. I have met some great sales men in my life but Ryan is the world champ. We all so proud of you son and wat A Gent ❤️❤️❤️❤️
