I never thought I’d ever writing this …
When I was 13 years old, I told my mum that one day I would be on MasterChef australia. 17 years later; I stand here, achieving my life long goal, and finally writing the last chapter to my fairytale ending.
My heart is full of love, joy and pride.

To my dear friend thank you for your friendship, your support and for playing the most calculated game.
To our wonderful judges; -To be guided and supported over this season has been a privilege. Thank you for allowing me to share my food, my soul and my passion.
To every crew member; you make this show and you made this dream a reality’s thank you.

We should remember the in our daily lives, most times, are to wild adventures that lead us to beautiful !

Just think of the life of the late Steve Jobs, founder of who endured so many obstacles in his life that sent him on several detours, which became wild adventures and beautiful discoveries!

Had it not been for that, you and I today would not have had the privilege of choosing a font type in our word processors, or watch animated movies :)

If that was good enough for Steve, it's good enough for me - now who's with me?

This is allegedly the largest wave ever ridden in Hawaii, at a point break called Jaws, probably the most dangerous surf spot in the whole world.

There are bigger breaks currently firing in Portugal, but what makes this picture so unique is that someone decided to put their in their pocket and take , by riding what is arguably known today as the most dangerous wave ever ridden.

Not only did the guy take action, he miraculously survived this monster and to tell the tale!

When we fear, we procrastinate - and when we procrastinate, we miss opportunities of a lifetime that could make us heroes and create a legacy for others to follow.

It's time to stop fear and take action.
