3 cups granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups light corn syrup
1 teaspoon sea salt
24 ounces evaporated milk

🎁 Chocolate Fudge
2 cups semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

🎁 Coconut Snowballs
4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup unsweetened coconut cream, see tips
½ teaspoon coconut extract
4 cups sweetened shredded coconut, divided in half
