* It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage by the user, or negligence.
* After inspection, if it is found that workmanship or material is faulty, it will be repaired or replaced at the companies dis
cretion.
* We reserve the right to use alternative material of equal or better quality on the bed set being fixed or replaced.
* If the bed set is found to be in an unsanitary condition, we have the right to refuse services. Make sure the bed set is not: dirty, stained, burnt, soiled and infested with any insects.
*Body impressions means your mattress is conforming to your body. Contours and impressions up to ±45mm are absolutely normal. Body impressions does not mean your mattress is defective. It's normal and expected to happen.
*To help balance the body impressions on your mattress, it is strongly advised that you rotate your new mattress and alternate between head to toe, then left to right once every 5 weeks.
*All return delivery will be at the customers cost. Returns will have to be brought directly to the company for replacement or repair. Cash on delivery. (C.O.D)

We offer FREE delivery within the GAUTENG province only. T's &C's Apply. Free delivery ONLY applies to the ISIZWE collection. Delivery to all major suburbs within Gauteng. No deliveries to informal settlements. Arrangements can be made for closest
surrounding point. Deliveries within 2 to 3 days, unless otherwise stated. Please note all deliveries are to your door. We are not responsible for placement
and moving of furniture. NB: Delivery dates and times confirmed with customers are to be strictly adhered to. Failure to receive goods at the confirmed time will result in the customer being
liable for the delivery cost.
