Site progress update — where structure meets vision.
Every week, this home edges closer to the refined, sculptural residence it’s destined to become. Designed by Metropole Architects. The raw concrete forms, dramatic vertical fins, and bold architectural lines are now taking shape, setting the tone for a contemporary home rooted in craftsmanship and detail.
From the double-volume spaces to the custom staircase and meticulously cast structural elements, each phase reveals another layer of the design intent — a balance of strength, light, and modern elegance.
The exterior framework is nearly complete, with bespoke metalwork, deep overhangs, and clean geometric forms beginning to define the architectural language. These moments of structure are the quiet promise of what’s still to come.
As the build progresses, the interior architecture and design will begin to unfold all designed and refined by Aevum Concepts & Design — curated materials, custom finishes, and sculptural detailing designed to elevate every space.
