COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
Mumbo Repairs ("Organizer") is hosting a raffle competition as a token of appreciation for our loyal followers who have supported and engaged with us over the years. By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Competition Details
• Entry Fee: R250 per ticket
• Entry Deadline: All tickets must be purchased before 1 March 2025
• Draw Date: 7 March 2025 (Live on our YouTube channel)
• Location: The competition is open to entrants in South Africa.

3. Eligibility
• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Mumbo Repairs, their immediate family members, and affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.
• Each participant is allowed multiple entries by purchasing multiple tickets.
4. How to Enter
• Purchase a raffle ticket for R250.
Please ensure you send an email using your email account to send your purchase proof of payment using your ID as a reference.
• Ensure the ticket is received before the entry deadline.
• Keep the ticket number safe, as it may be used again for future competitions.
5. Prize and Winner Selection
• The raffle winner(s) will be drawn randomly during the live stream on our YouTube channel.
• The winner(s) will be announced live and will also be contacted via the details provided upon entry.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, another draw may be conducted to determine a new winner.
6. Refund and Ticket Policy
• The R250 entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
7. Disqualification Criteria
Mumbo Repairs reserves the right to disqualify participants if:
• They fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• They provide false or misleading information.
• They attempt to manipulate or interfere with the competition process.
8. Liability Disclaimer
• Mumbo Repairs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
• We are not liable for technical issues that may affect participation, including internet failures during the live draw.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Publicity and Marketing
• By entering, participants agree that Mumbo Repairs may use their name, image, and entry details in promotional material, including social media.
• Winners may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.
10. Privacy Policy
• Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
• By entering, participants consent to their information being stored for future competitions and marketing updates (opt-out available).
11. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes related to the competition will be resolved at the discretion of Mumbo Repairs.
• The decision of the Organizer is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of South Africa, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
