Mose Construction and Development cc was established in 2001 when Alberto N Mose, at that time a partner in a timber construction company specializing in timber homes and member of the Timber Frame Builders Association, realized that the demand for timber frame structures was decreasing, and that of conventional construction increasing particularly for the first time homeowner. During 2012 we sta

rted trading as Mose Industries as the registered name was to long. In the residential market, we initially targeted the first-time homeowner and the investor looking for a value-for-money investment, but we are now also building for the executive market and the affordable housing market targeting mostly developments where repeated business is the more viable option and using every one of our construction sites as advertising by effective management and implementing tested systems. Recognising that there was a need to diversify, our company ventured into projects further away from head office. By duplicating specific management systems and implementing effective logistical management, we are able to undertake projects all over the Western Cape. Our company has also undertaken projects for specific clients, which were tailored to their exacting requirements. Each project is managed by our team of highly experienced personnel, incorporating the services of various professionals in the architectural, engineering, quantity surveying and other related fields, with whom we have established an excellent working relationship. Our sub contractors have now worked with us for a good number of years and have proved their reliability and dedication to quality workmanship. Mose Industries has a collective experience in the construction industry of more than 40 years. We continually keep abreast with new developments in all fields of the construction industry, a factor that has resulted in considerable savings to our clients in both material costs, labour and logistical expenses. Top management believes in an open door policy and our Managing Director is personally involved with each project. Such a “hands on” approach ensures that good relations are maintained between our clients and the company at all times.
