This poor vintage dresser has been so badly treated I've rescued it and I'm going to make it beautiful! I've already started stripping the ugly primer that's been painted all over the top. It's missing 2 drawers which is slightly problematic, luckily I have an idea. Watch this space.

This little old piece doesn't look like much now but she's seen a lot of life. My Aunty kindly gifted it to me. She received it for her 21st birthday 57 years ago! Well I love it, I like a piece that I can see a dramatic difference once it's all done. Watch this space 😉

Our Story

Furniture restoration was a childhood hobby for me and that’s where the passion began. It was something I would do on weekends and in the afternoons after school. I’d get an old piece of furniture and start to work on it, stripping old paint and varnish, replacing broken rattan and riempie and taking it from something that could be mistaken for junk to a piece that is beautiful and loved . I realised that my skills could be put to use repairing antique and vintage furniture for others. I enjoy making old furniture beautiful again and love that I get to do this every day.
