The INUKA year 2023 has officially started. I'll share a few tips that will help someone who wants to make a revolution in their business this year.
1. You are the common denominator in your business.
Yes it's a network marketing business, and you need a team to grow, but you are the only constant in your team. Work on yourself, your mindset, your belief system, your habits, your discipline with time and money etc. The results you're looking for will require you to grow into the leader you wish you had in your team. Work on yourself and improve first and the right people will be attracted to you.
2.Write your goals down.
Without a written plan you won't know where you're going. Get a notebook and write down why you joined, and what you want this business to do for you.
3. Get an accountability partner (s).
Once you're sure where you are going, you won't compromise with the company you keep. Get people who want to see you win and spend time with them. Share your goals, and check in with them often. Don't spend time with chickens and expect to fly high like an eagle. Sit with winners, the conversations are different.
4. You are not responsible for pushing people.
Everyone who joins this business should want the business for themselves, don't break your neck trying to make people want success they're not ready for. Control what you can which is yourself, your attitude, how you show up and those that want the business will follow.
5. Participate in everything that contributes to your business growth.
Participate in Team WhatsApp groups, no I don't mean vegetating in the group and leaving an emoji reaction❤️👍😂, I mean engage, ask questions, answer questions, lead trainings, take initiative. Don't be the leader that recruits people and dump them in WhatsApp groups. Mentor your own team, don't wait for your upline. Attend INUKA events and show enthusiasm about your business. When a new product is launched, be the first to try it before you expect customers to buy it. Read company communication and stay updated on your business. This is responsible behavior!!!! This is responsible behavior!!!!
Did I mention, keep a soft copy catalogue of the Business Guide and Catalogue so you avoid asking for prices in WhatsApp groups everyday? As a business owner you need to take responsibility and show seriousness. It's a business after all and no one is supposed to be babysitting you.
6. Giving up too soon is the reason why most people never achieve their dreams.
This year, try and make it to the finish line. With INUKA challenges you'll never lose anything for trying. One challenge leads to another and everything you do will pay. As we start the year, we all have a fair chance to work for the Singapore holiday challenge. We all can work for Club 40, we all can work for a new status, we all can work for the Car challenge... We all can do the 90 Day Plan... We all can work for Rainbow Pillars. We all can work for ztop 25, Top 10 and even Ambassador status. New members please avoid procrastinating. Start today and grow your business. "I'll order next month leader" has killed a lot of businesses even before they started. Purchasing a starter kit and never working helped no one. Refuse to be a member with a member code but no business.
7. Educate yourself on the business. Ignorance is not bliss!
We have a business guide, YouTube channels, a catalogue, Facebook and Instagram pages, SIMO website etc. Please make time to study these and understand how the business works. The trainings in the group will help you if you also make time to do extra reading. Show interest in your business and spend time studying it. Questions asked by someone who has read are different from questions asked by someone who has never opened their business guide. Please read your guide this year. It's there for a reason. If you joined a while back and you don't have it anymore please buy the revival kit, it's only R200 and it comes with the guide or just buy the business guide. It's only R30 yet it carries so much earning potential for you, should you use it!
8. There is no substitute for hard work.
The holidays, the cars, the high volume rebates, all come through hard work. If you want a better financial life you will have to work for it. No you don't need another opportunity, you need to work hard with this one you've been given. Make a decision today.
9. Be disciplined with your finances.
Take care of your business income. This year, you want to open a bank account to monitor your business funds. This year you want to reinvest your money versus eating it after every sale. This year you want to move your business income from your mobile money, ewallet into your INUKA account, because you've seen how leaving your money idle has costed you in the past years. This year you will stop pretending to be rich when all you're doing is squandering your business money. This year you will make a decision to commit to a daily stokvel and sell. This year you will prioritize growing your business capital versus starting afresh every day. This year, when BOGO comes, it must find you with at least R5000 in your INUKA account and it starts with saving your profits and being disciplined with selling everyday.
10. Find people who are doing well in the business and steal their tips and strategies.
Luckily we have the INTOUCH Magazines. Make time and read success stories by top leaders and copy what they do. Make time to follow guest trainings in the group and take notes. Make time to go to the INUKA YouTube channel and follow success stories by our top leaders. Don't explain away people's success. There's a reason why they are successful. Stop hating on people you should be learning from. Success leaves clues.
11. Make SIMO your friend this year. Check your performance often and mentor your team from an informed perspective. Yes we have Team WhatsApp groups but make time to work with individuals. And as a downline, do not ignore your up line's advice. They have been in the business longer to know what works.
12. Last but not least make your plans known to God and He will direct your path. After all, He has promised to bless the works of our hands. Pray for your business, pray for your team.
