Chef Chris Lloyd from Nieu Bethesda ran a 5-day boot camp for our cooks last week. At a private pizza tasting party for 8 pizza connoisseurs (!!) on Friday night, the ladies flew solo and wowed everyone. You be the judge today when their repertoire of variants goes public today. Hot from the baking stone in our big big pizza oven … a perfect treat for this chilly and overcast spring day.
