Unlike commercial tanks or standardized fuel systems, pickup trucks often present unique challenges — and this project was no exception.
The primary issue stemmed from the tank’s design:
🔄 Non-linear in shape
📏 Irregular in depth
🔧 Difficult to access

Removing the tank required considerable effort, as it was tightly integrated with the vehicle chassis. More critically, the non-uniform structure of the tank made it hard to determine an optimal mounting location.
Despite these challenges, the 𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐎 𝐏𝐑𝐎 Fuel Level Sensor performed exactly as designed — with accuracy, reliability, and adaptability.
Thanks to its advanced compensation algorithms and customizable calibration, 𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐎 𝐏𝐑𝐎 delivered highly accurate fuel level readings — even within the irregular geometry of the pickup’s tank.
