I've worked with seniors throughout my 30 year social work and retirement planning careers.

Now I've turned my attention to becoming a resource for seniors that are contemplating downsizing.

We recognize all the emotions and questions that are generated by this dramatic change.

Especially the memories attached to just about everything you see in your home.

For a wide variety of reasons a significant number of seniors will be selling their homes and moving.

7 out of 10 will require long term care. Some are veterans that need to be made aware of benefits that could help them and their spouse.

Chances are that move will require a great deal of adjustment. Not the least of which is sorting through a vast sea of "stuff".

Overwhelming? No question about it. You'll need help. You can call a mover. They can box everything up and move it all to your new location.

Emotional and Physical Support: Assisting with the emotional and physical aspects of sorting through belongings, often an overwhelming task for seniors.

Packing and Moving

Packing Services: Determining whether the move manager or a moving company will perform the
packing, ensuring appropriate insurance coverage for any damages.

Coordinating with Movers: Scheduling and executing the move, managing everything for the senior.

Custom Packing and Unpacking Procedures: For large estates, long distances, or special items, ensuring everything is handled with care.

Estate Sale or Donation
