Hey guys, it's Sean, the guy that's been running this page for awhile. If you were at the Open Mic Night tonight you've probably already received more than a fair dosage of sappiness from me, but in all sincerity...thank you guys for continuing to make these shows such an amazing experience. Although I can't take credit for the conception of JAM and its perpetual existence, I consider it a huge honor to have a hand in creating avenues for performers and curating a community of so many creative minds. All the kindness and support expressed toward myself and this community as a whole has been overwhelming and inspiring.

Thanks a bunch. Stay tuned for future announcements. See ya in the fall.

Hey gang. A couple quick things.

1. Open Mic this Thursday night. You all know that though. But I'm saying it again!

2. As many of you probably know, I (Sean) have been running this organization solo for a minute now. And it's been really awesome to be a part of something that's meant a lot to me throughout my years at Eastern. But this whole thing started as a community effort, and I want to make sure it continues that way after I'm gone. (Which isn't too far from now. Nothing's forever, dude!) It's been really cool to see so many people who are just as optimistic about this whole shindig, which is why I want to invite those of you who truly believe in this operation to step up and get involved! I don't consider myself at all responsible for this inspiring community, and it should continue as is even when I'm off dealing with life hoopla. (COOL life hoopla!) I'll probably make an announcement about this on Thursday, but I figured the Internet world deserved a heads up, right?! So get in touch with me if this is something that interests you.

Huge thanks to everybody who came out tonight! No matter how many times we say it, there's nothing more exciting than seeing the wide variety of creative fronts that our community has to offer. Everybody who performed absolutely killed it and everyone had something unique to bring to this experience. We love you!
