Before and after photos of an antique coffee table that belonged to my husband’s grandmother. There was a lot of damage to the stain, and it was flaking off on the sides and top.
I liked the idea of leaving the wood showing on top, but giving the piece a more neutral finish.
Overall, I’m happy with the finished product:)

Before an after photos of my most recent project. Two vintage nightstands that were previously painted with chalk paint. My client wanted a soft and sweet look for her guest bedroom, and wanted to incorporate a soft gold finish.

There was some minor repair needed on one nightstand, where the hinges attach for the door. While sanding these pieces down, the chalk paint was basically just flaking off. I ended up practically stripping one of the nightstands because of this.

She loved the final look! What do you think?

I repaired the two legs on the coffee table that had been chewed up- as seen in the last photo. Just a simple dark wax on these tables to give them a subtle driftwood finish.
