Experienced Millworker / Cabinet Builder – Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Youngstown, Ohio.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Millworker or Cabinet Builder to join our team in delivering high-quality custom millwork and countertops for commercial projects nationwide. This position is ideal for an experienced craftsperson who takes pride in their work, values precision, and thrives in a collaborative shop environment.
The position may be structured as part-time or full-time, depending on candidate preference and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits and a positive, safety-focused work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build custom cabinets, millwork, and solid surface components
Laminate/Veneer fabrication and installation
Solid surface fabrication (e.g., Corian, HI-MACS, Staron)
Read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
Operate woodworking equipment, hand tools, and power tools
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in millwork or cabinet fabrication
Proficient with laminates and solid surface materials
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with cabinet-making machinery and shop tools
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and within a team
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Must have dependable transportation
