Sometimes a piece tells you what it wants to be.

This one came from a pile of crushed glass on the bench — clear, deep blue, sea green — and it just wanted to be a wave. The black frame created the perfect vessel!

If you've ever stood at the edge of the ocean and felt your shoulders drop, that's the feeling we tried to catch here. Hung in a window, the light moves through it all day. Morning makes the teal glow. Afternoon picks up the blues. By evening it almost looks like the tide is going back out.

Each piece of glass is hand-placed. No two waves come out the same — even when we try.

Sometimes the waiting season feels unfair.
Joseph was betrayed by his brothers, thrown into a pit, sold into slavery, falsely accused, and forgotten in prison… but God was still working in every chapter of his story.

What others meant to break him became the very thing God used to position him for purpose.

A reminder today that hard seasons don’t mean your story is over. Sometimes the road we never would’ve chosen leads us exactly where we were meant to be. 💜✨
